Hello Fellow 🦄

- Science-based & Holistic Approach to Training, Care, and Management -

The animals we share our lives with are complex individuals with a wide range of thoughts and emotions, at FAE we value and honor that! We're happy to meet you where you're at, whether that's virtually, at the farm, or traveling to yours. 💖

• Why Choose Us •

- Mission, Vision, Philosophy -

Our mission is to share the power of science in animal training, care, and management through education, empowerment, and connection regardless of species.

Our vision is to see happy animals and happy people, enjoying each other as equals and companions; interactions that leave both individuals with a sense of joy and comfort.

Our philosophy is to guide human-animal relationships with ethical, compassionate, and gentle methods backed by scientific research. We strive to provide animal guardians with the tools, knowledge, and support to develop a deeper understanding of and connection with their fellows.

- TREATS Values -

Trust: We understand that trust is a cornerstone of any relationship, this is the first and most important step of training.

Respect: All beings must be treated with respect and dignity, their unique desires, needs, and thoughts must be recognized.

Empathy: We all experience life through our own perspectives, empathy allows us to "put ourselves in another's shoes" so that we can adapt our training as needed.

Academic: Education is highly valued, we are lifelong learners and must treat ourselves as such. Our teachings evolve and grow as we learn so you get the most up to date knowledge.

Team: A team approach is essential! Working as a team with animal guardians allows us to brainstorm the best care practices and training plans for each individual.

Safety: We value physical safety just as much as emotional safety, working to keep mind and body comfortable and able to engage with the world safely.
